The criticism and praise we receive from our fans go straight back to our design team and product developers to deliver useful new improvements.

To encourage this, we created the Free Trial Program. Joining it is just like entering a VIP Club. You enjoy free products, exclusive discounts, and other special benefits adding tremendous value.

How do you take part? It’s easy: test our products, give us your perspective, and help us get it right.

1.What is the purpose of theFree Trial Program?

At Alfawise, we strive to design our innovative products from each customer’s personal perspective with a commitment to constant improvement. The Free Trial program was created to allow us to engage with our valued users, and to learn from them on how we can do better. In short, it’s a partnership of ideas.

For newly released Alfawise products, we offer a limited supply of free test samples for Free Trial users to test and provide direct feedback. This feedback helps us better gauge the market response together with gaining a better understanding of any areas that might need improvement or refinement. We also strongly encourage Free Trial users to share their personal and unique product experience on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.), YouTube, blogs, and deal / tech websites to help spread and enhance Alfawise's brand visibility online.

Free Trial users are pioneers who love trying new things, are open-minded about tech, and want to share their incredible experience with others.

2.What does theFree Trial Program involve?

Free Trial users will receive and test free Alfawise products fairly regularly. You can choose specific Free Trial products from our product page based on your own specific interests - there is no obligation to receive or review a product that doesn’t interest you. Sometimes, due to the review requirements for specific products, we may ask whether you can change to other test products. However you always make the final decision; Alfawise respects every choice you make.

Free Trial users will also receive exclusive high-discount codes, loyalty rewards, and other VIP privileges for helping us to reshape our product experience.

3.What are the Program responsibilities?

Free Trial users are expected to test and provide detailed, unbiased feedback on the test sample within one week of receiving the product. If personal circumstances prevent a Free Trial user from providing timely feedback, they are expected to provide advance notice. Delayed feedback without prior agreement may impact eligibility to apply for future Alfawise product testing.

Should Free Trial users require assistance during the product testing stage, they are encouraged to contact our Free Trial support team (info@alfawise.com) directly. We are always happy to work together with our valued product testers.

4.Who is eligible to apply as a Free Trial user?

Applicants are selected based on the quality of their posts and their influence/outreach on key social media platforms (such as Facebook and Twitter), YouTube, blogs, deal / tech forums, tech-related websites, etc.

 

Some basic requirements for application:

      1. Location

Applicants are not limited to any specific country or region in the world.

 

      1. Active withsome online influence

The program has expanded very quickly. In order to better organize and distribute our limited resources across diverse online platforms, we have to limit our program to applicants who meet the requirements below:

      • Active online presence on social media platforms (50,000+followers with high engagement); YouTube (2000+ subscribers and strong video production standards); tech-related blogs or websites (top 100,000 on SimilarWeb global rank, as a veteran member generating high quality posts),
      • Valid links to your review posts on e-commerce websites, social mediachannels, YouTube, blogs, and deal and tech websites, must be provided for content

Alfawise maintains the full and unequivocal right to judge and determine an applicant's eligibility for the Free Trial Program.

5.Where should I share my product experience?

We have adjusted our review policy to be fully compliant with Amazon’s regulations. We do not require Free Trial participants to leave a review on Amazon for any product received either for free or at a discount.

After you receive your test sample, please post and share your detailed product experience online to social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.), YouTube, blogs, deal websites or other websites. We hope that, by sharing your experience, you can help to build and enhance Alfawise’s visibility online.

6.Where should I submit my online review post link?

To ensure your reviews can be received in a timely fashion, please send your review links to our support via info@alfawise.com. Our team will check your reviews and get back to you within 24 hours. Please send at least one review post link, however you are more than welcome to submit post links on multiple platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc. This extra participation will help us to prioritize key program members with future products.

7.I was selected to jointhe Free Trial program. How do I get started?

All available samples are displayed on the Product page. Simply select an available product from our Product page and send an email to our Free Trial support at info@alfawise.com. If none of the current Alfawise products catch your eye, or all the product samples have been claimed, don’t worry – please wait for our products to be updated. Please note that program participants may only review one product at a time.

8.I have not received any products to test for a long time, what should I do?

Due to the popularity of the program, many Free Trial users are involved however there are only a limited number of free samples available. If you have not received any test sample for at least 3 consecutive months, please email us directly at info@alfawise.com with the subject line “Free Trial- Product Waiting List Request” to be placed on the test waiting list.

9.What if I am not interested in the current product selections?

If none of our current products interest you, please send an email to inform us what type of products or categories would be a better fit. Your opinions always matter.
