FAQ
Does WS-1060 come with batteries? Can it work without plugging in the power cord?
The robot has to be plugged into a power outlet at all times to operate. The robot has a built-in UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) battery in case of a power outage. It will keep the robot on the window for 30 min without power.
What is the working mechanism of the Alfawise WS1060?
Vacuum strong suction 2800Pa with 5KG weight no drop, but please avoid to use it if any hole and big gap on the glass, and you must to Attach a safety rope before use it.
Can I use this on the outside of my windows?
The main goal of the window robot is to clean on the outside of the windows.
Does this product come with a satisfaction guarantee?

Can I also use this on high interior walls of drywall or steel or concrete? Does it require a smooth surface?
Only smooth surfaces like glass or ceramics wall or floor.

Can I use it on my triangular windows?
Probably can, but I think it cannot get into the corners. It works perfect on my rectangular windows.
