Why does the fitness tracker often automatically disconnect itself from the phone?

This depends on the operating system of your smartphone. Android systems turn off many Apps for lower power consumption after the screen is turned off. Thus, it is recommended to give the permissions to "FlagFit 2.0" to enable it to operate after the screen is locked.

Why there are no notifications from messaging Apps for me?

To have notifications, both conditions should be satisfied:

a. go to the settings of ""FlagFit 2.0"" to enable the notifications from the messaging Apps you need;

b. go to the settings of your phone, give the permission of notifications to ""FlagFit 2.0"" and all the messaging Apps.

c.Please check whether the Bluetooth works well. If there is still no push notification, please disconnect the bracelet from your phone, restart the Bluetooth, and reconnect to pair B7 Pro.

Why can't I find the fitness tracker on my phone?

1. Please check whether the fitness tracker has residual electricity;

2.Bluetooth of your phone is turned on;

3. Bluetooth version of your phone is 4.0 or later;

4. Alfawise B7 Pro is as close as possible to your phone;

5. If you are still unable to find the fitness tracker, please restart the Bluetooth connection or your phone.

How to connect to Alfawise B7 Pro fitness tracker?

Long press the control button on the bracelet to power on, open the Bluetooth and the App of your smartphone to search the fitness tracker, and connect to it. Tips: please ensure the fitness tracker has residual electricity, and the distance between the bracelet and smartphone is less than 0.5m. If you fail to connect, please restart or restart the Bluetooth of your phone.

How to download the App of Alfawise B7 Pro Smart Bracelet?

Search for "FlagFit 2.0" on App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code on the package or user manual to download the App. Requirement: iOS 8.0 or later, Android 4.4 or later, Bluetooth 4.0 supported.

Are the sports modes can only be activated manually?

Yes, except "Running" mode, other sports modes ( jumping rope, cycling, badminton, table tennis, tennis) need to be activated by long pressing the button to enter and exit. After the data synchronization,you can clearly know the duration. If the sport lasts long, the time will be recorded every hour; if you take part in many sports in an hour or the same sport multiple times, the total duration will be the result of the accumulation.

  • Can I exchange straps?

    The straps can be exchanged.

  • Can I turn off & on the bluetooth at B7 Pro?

    The Bluetooth on and off can only be done on the phone, and only the Bluetooth connection status is displayed on the bracelet.

  • HI my B7 Pro bracelet all of sudden stopped functioning. It still syncs with my phone thus will show the correct time and date, but it no longer registers any heartbeat or steps or calories etc. I can still scroll through all the functions as normal on the watch but they just keep saying zero. It was working fine and then stopped registering any more steps at one point. I reset it and turned it off and on and all functions remain at zero.

  • Hi i've bought an Alfawise B7 Pro Smart Bracelet (gearbest) and i can't switch power on. Also i can't charge, because your small manual is total USELESS. Is there any manual available in PDF format or any video about how to pull out the bracelet to charge or anything which could help todiagnos if the bracelet is dead or not? Thanks

    Please follow the steps below to try again: 1) It may be caused by oxidation of the charging contact, take something and wipe the contact. 2) Plug and unplug the charger several times during charging (connect the power supply, disconnect the power supply, this is to activate the battery) 3) Please charge the product continuously for 30-60 minutes (do not perform any operation while charging) 4) After charging is completed, press the power button to turn it on. If it still doesn't work, please contact the seller directly to resolve the quality issue.
